We agreed there is little point solely activating the deletion process. Do this in conjunction with the following process:

• re send the email verification message (envelope icon)
• copy their email address from their account (eye icon) then
• click on start the deletion process (final icon).

Use their email address to issue the following email from your NottsWatch email address.
